Following the Seniors excellent start to the SAL campaign the Club’s U17/U20 athletes recorded a convincing display in the 2nd UYDL meeting at Kingston finishing 2nd to move up to 2nd place in the table with Promotion now in sight. Chris Hartley broke the club V60 1500m record at Watford.

A relatively quiet racing week, but still some excellent results – Kader Sayed was first in the Gateshead Marathon, Gavin and Eliza did well at the Victoria Park 5k and 10k races, Heathside came second at the Perivale MYAL and at Milton Keynes Marathon weekend there were also some great Heathside results.

The week before Easter saw a range of Spring Open Meetings and Marathon warm up races with Edward Samuel 2nd in the Run-through 10km in Stratford. On the Track Dylan Mills, Lila Blustin, Rory Willis and Filip Kounoupas Prastalo set impressive PBs and at Kingston Elkie Baker broke the 40m mark for the first time, the 1st U17W to do so this season.
