Our Young athletes secured a creditable haul of 5 medals at the Southern Track & Field Champs, our Men achieved 1st place in the Vet League, while over in South Africa a group of intrepid Heathsiders were up to the challenge of completing the Comrades ( ultra ) marathon, where 2 Silver medals were won. And there was a win for Seyfu amongst several quick times at the Battersea Park Speedy Steeds 5K.
