Multi-sport Training at London Heathside

Whether you're training for a triathlon, duathlon, aquathlon, or swim-run, our club offers a supportive environment to help you prepare for multi-sport events. 

We welcome athletes of different levels.

 

Run Training

Our regular running sessions are ideal for building speed and stamina. These sessions are open to all members and form the foundation of multi-sport fitness.

Swim Training

Members frequently train at:

  • Parliament Hill Lido

  • West Reservoir

  • Park Road Lido

  • London Fields Lido

Coached sessions at Park Road Lido are organised by Trin8 all year round, and during the summer months, Heathside athletes often join Terence Collins’s coached session at Parliament Hill Lido.

Some athletes also take part in coached sessions at London Fields Lido organised by LF Triathlon Club.

 

Cycle Training

There are coordinated group rides in the spring, and many members take part in our annual weekend away at Sandy Balls, which includes scenic cycling routes and social activities.

While formal training sessions for swimming and running may be limited, our community shares tips, organises informal meetups, and supports each other’s goals.

Some of us also compete in the Hampstead Heath Duathlon in September.
