Mark George reports:- “5 Heathsiders were among the 800+ runners who took part in the Hatfield 5 Mile road race, on a sunny day and flat course, starting and finishing at the Herts University Campus. Racing on footpaths and small country lanes, Alexander Carr was well out in front as the first Heathsider, while the rest of us were fairly closely bunched and had good battles with each other.”
