Catrin Tyler wins Battersea Park 5k
No reports were emailed in this week (and just one picture, of our discuss star Elkie Baker below) but from Power of 10 a number of outstanding performances could be found, including Catrin Tyler who was the first women in the RunThrough Battersea 5k (17:59), U20 Louie Brook who ran PBs in both the 100 and 200m (11.55 and 23.3) at the Be Fit Today Track Academy Outdoor Series in Lee Valley. Jeanene Vellard ran a PB in the 300m (43.56). There was also a PB for Eliza Bond in the 3000m (10:31:78) at The Tonbridge AC Norman Fowler Memorial Easter Open.

There were some excellent performances on this flat, fast course with Conor Brown coming second in the 10k in 34:04 and Catrin Tyler winning the 5k in a PB time of 17:59. And there was a tear-up among our men with four of them (Barry Kelly, Raoul Metcalfe, Olliver Newton and Christopher Gracie all finishing in under 16-minutes.

Parkruns
It was a good day for our Parkrunners on Saturday with 109 Heathsiders taking part in 56 events. There were first places for Chloe Wilkenson at the Gunpowder event (19:10), Peter Gould at Ally Pally (18:10), Harry Shatwell at Alderley Park (17:51) and, fasted of the lot, Tom Hollis at Lordship Recreation Ground(16:47).
