Spring Track PB's and UK Lead Performance

The week before Easter saw a range of Spring Open Meetings and Marathon warm up races with Edward Samuel 2nd in the Run-through 10km in Stratford. On the Track Dylan Mills, Lila Blustin, Rory Willis and Filip Kounoupas Prastalo set impressive PBs and at Kingston Elkie Baker broke the 40m mark for the first time, the 1st U17W to do so this season.

Highgate Harriers Open, Parliament Hill 9.4.25

Our neighbours hosted their annual season open meeting. This was an opportunity for several young athletes to set an early season market with Lila Blustin reducing her 800m PB by 4s, Filip K-P trim a whopping 5.2s off his PB finishing behind fellow U15 Charlie Nicolson. Rory Willis also completed his first 3000m on the track

Kingston Poly Harriers Throw Open, Kingston 12.4.25

Elkie with Gabriella Teuckenham (Croydon) and Tilly Farrar (Waverley) all having thrown over 40m

Elkie Baker opted to take part in a high quality competition at the David Weir Stadium in Kingston. All 3 of the girls in her pool, which include last years National Champion and the Schools Game Champion threw over 40m, Elkie doing so with her 4th throw and is the first UK U17W to do so this season improving her PB by 1.5m
