A mixed report this week with lots of Indoor Track and Field action as well as road running with some Heathsider’s heading to the warmth of Malaga closer to home and Milton Keynes Tom Aldred was 2nd in the Milton Keynes Half Marathon. Indoors it was Minimarathon time with Elizabeth Paitoo 1st YR3 girl. Filipe Cardoso also enjoyed a Ultra Race around the streets of North East London completing50Km before the weather got the better of him.

Seyfu Jamaal and Jessica Prior were placed first (respectively) in the Fraternity/Sorority XC in Trent Park, Heathside U13, U15 and U17 boys teams won and U15 girls team came second in the NWL XC League also at Trent Park, Conor Brown achieved a great time in the San Sebastian Half and Heathsiders did well in the Last Friday of the Month, with James Hurrell coming in third.
