With Lockdown 3 and no Christmas Racing we look back at some of the Athletic highlights from 2020 (yes there were lots of them). This part covers the first 3 months of relative normality.

Read MoreUnfortunately this will be the last report to include real racing action this year with the BeFit Open on Sunday 20th cancelled however the second ATW XC Race at Merchant Taylors School did take place for Juniors on Saturday. Eric Beale ran a fine race over a challenging course and high quality field to secure 17th place in the U13 Boys Race.

At the Bedford Autodrome, George Gurney came in first place in the 5K, Julia Bijl had a great run in the half marathon at the same venue gaining a PB for her time of 1.18.19 and coming in second female, and Nicholas Arrive broke 3 hours in the marathon there.
