This week’s race report features the National Relay Championships in Birmingham and the Sutcliffe Park Track & Field Nights in Eltham, track races in Tooting and Stratford, as well as parkrun.
The highlight was undoubtedly at the England Athletics U17 & U15 championships, where Elkie Baker won the gold medal in the Discus, while Gabriel and Malakai reached the Hurdles finals at the same champs. Elsewhere a number of Heathsiders tackled a 10K at Olympic Park, and Rebecca Piggott took the honours at the Last Friday 5K
