What a cracking start to the track and field season. The incredible turn out of volunteers at our home SAL match meant that the day ran perfectly. A huge thank you to all the organisers, officials and volunteers.

Read MoreThe inaugural Club 5 Mile road race took place in Finsbury Park,starting with one lap of the track & including 3 times up the hill used in the Parkrun. Seyfu was the comfortable winner, with Joe & Scarlett having a good battle for 2nd and 3rd. Emma was the first lady home, followed by Eilidh and Tatyana.
