London Heathside added more silverware at the Norh London XC Championships, and Seyfu Jamaal claimed his second win in a week to pick up the individual prize. Heathside bagged a second trophy as the Men’s team were crowned Champions in the team event ( six to score ), with the Vets team in 4th place.
