This Bank Holiday weekend was fairly quiet race-wise for Heathsiders but there were nevertheless plenty of PBs to report. Ollie and Vicky Pound both ran PBs at the Worcester Half Marathon, and Gavin and Alice Parish ran 10k PBs at the Self Transcendence 10k Battersea and Regents Park 10k respectively. Andy Welshman ran 82min45sec in the North Lincs Half Marathon, which he reccomends as a pancake flat half on closed rural roads with fanstastic views. What more could you want?
