Cross-country action continues this week, with the main highlight this week being an impressive performance at the Southern Cross Country Relays, with the women winning silver. We also have action at the Chingford League and a 10K and half marathon, and of course, parkrun.
Read MoreThis week’s highlights include a very successful opening Met League fixture with the Senior Women victorious and individual wins for Beth Hawling (SW), Kiara Corkin (U13G) and Oliver O’Connor (U20M). Plus there was Sunday League Cross Country Action. Alysia Sawicka finished in an excellent fourth place in the Autumn 100-mile race, Rob Hynds producing a big PB in the Paris Marathon as did Luke Parker in the Oxford Half.

The leading U9 Boys were Ylone Carels and Kingston Bennett both with 173 points and the top U9 girl Yinke Oluseye with 127 pts. In the U13 competition Sam Turner with 276 points was the top Boy and Grace Wood top Girl with 174 pts.
