Club 5km Handicap Race

he annual Heathside Handicap will be at Highgate Woods again this year.

Date: Tuesday 16th June 2026 Time: 7pm first runner sets off (arrive at 6.30-6.45pm) Venue: Highgate Woods Starting Point:-Playing Field (meet by cricket nets)

Format: 5K, setting off slowest first, according to predicted finish time. Post-event drinks: Local Pub (The Wrestlers)

Categories: First finisher (M/F) Fastest time (SEN M/ SEN F/MV40/FV40/JM/JF) Fastest debut (M/F)

How to enter: Entry is free for current London Heathside members

Please include: Your category: Male or Female and Junior, Senior, or Vet (40+) Your best recent (last 3 months) 5K race or Parkrun performance or Your best estimate of your predicted current 5K race time (please provide credible justification, especially if providing an estimate for juniors!)
