Upon entering an event, immediate payment is required; athletes will not appear on the start list for an event until payment is complete. Outstanding payment as of the closing date will result in the entry being removed. Late entries will not be accepted. -

The final timetable for these championships will not be finalised and published until after the closing date. - SEAA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO HOLD EVENTS ON DIFFERENT DAYS IF DEMAND REQUIRES.

With this, we strongly advise athletes to be flexible with travel arrangements. - The Timetable will not be altered to accommodate athletes competing in more than one event. Please consider this when entering events. - The number of rounds will be dependent on entries and are subject to change. - Unfortunately, we are unable to hold the U17’s 1500m steeplechase races. Instead we will endeavour to include the U17’s 1500m steeplechase during the U20/Senior Championships in Chelmsford on the weekend of Saturday 28th – Sunday 29th June 2025.
