The Course

The course is run over playing fields and is generally flat although some parts of the course can be muddy.

The Organisers have made the following announcement "We resume our NWLL season on Saturday February 15th when we are hosted by Harrow A.C. The race venue is Bannister Stadium, Uxbridge Road, Harrow, HA3 6SW. Car parking is available but is limited so car sharing is advised. The overflow parking area is on grass which may be muddy at this time of year and not usable. Changing facilities available in the track changing rooms. Numbers and declarations and refreshments all in the Club Room adjacent to the track.

Those who have visited for cross country fixtures in previous years will recall that we have used the field adjacent to the track and the area surrounding the rugby fields. Extensive ground works have been undertaken in the rugby field area, the works are running overschedule and the ground is severely churned up. All courses for this fixture will, therefore, be within the field adjacent to the track. This does mean an extra lap or so for the longer races but Harrow AC have come up with courses that will be ideal for this fixture and will afford spectators a view of the athletes throughout their races."
