We train at a number of venues and the style of training differs from venue to venue. Our numerous members have a wide range of interests and abilities, and newcomers will always be able to find a welcoming group to train with.
Training at most of our venues is directed by qualified coaches who are able to lend expert guidance to those who want to improve their performance and take their training further.
