As I wasn’t at and don‘t know much about any of the races for which I have the results today (though I do know it was very muddy at both Cross Country venues), I won’t spend too much time trying to write them up. Suffice to say that the top performance of the weekend came from Sue with an excellent 2nd place at Trent Park, missing out on victory by just 7 seconds, while Alex’s 7th at Cassiobury Park was also a great run. Meanwhile 2 of the other best performances came from people who must have joined the club very recently and who I have never heard of, James Pickett and Simon Hazel, which is a nice change from the same old names week after week I guess. Results as follows (as usual, positions are finishing order but times are by chip, hence the apparent inconsistencies):
