| In case this is convenient for anyone else, a group will be meeting at Highgate tube this Sunday at 9 for a run of 16-18 miles. |

| Do you have an idea of pace/route - and whether this might become a regular meeting? |

| Not sure about the route, but we'll probably head down to Hyde Park. Some people will be cutting the run short - say a lap of Regents Park and back to Highgate (12 miles-ish). Not sure about pace either, but last week we started easily - c.8mm - picked the pace up in the middle - c. 6.30mm - and (in my case anyway) limped home rather slower than that. The run/group is very similar to the regular 10am run, but I suppose the general idea is to run at a decent pace without too much stopping and be home in good time for lunch and real life. |

Will this be a regular thing?
6:30/m might be too nippy for me, but I'm looking to run up to 18miles at an average pace of 7:30-8'm - so might be able to join you sometime if not tomorrow!
I also wouldn't be familiar with the route, so does the group tend to stick together? |
