Volunteering in July (including free beer)
DATE: 11/07/2017

We need volunteers for a couple of events coming up, including a pretty good incentive for marshalling the City Race:

Club Handicap 5k on Tuesday 18 July, Highgate Woods
Our annual equivalent of the Grand National is on Tuesday 18 July and, as ever, volunteers are a vital commodity. If you can't (won't?) run and you want to help us stage this event, please email Dave Robertson robertsonhome@blueyonder.co.uk
Check out the Handicap details →

Standard Chartered  City 5k on Monday 24 July, Moorgate
For the city race we usually marshal a specific stretch of the course. On top of free T shirts, the real attraction is free beer and food after the race. Also it’s run by the London Marathon Trust, who have done a lot for us with the track, and they give the club a generous contribution for marshalling.
• Please email Dave Robertson robertsonhome@blueyonder.co.uk to apply for free beer, etc
