Regents Park 10k, MK Marathon and postcards from the Sahara

05/05/2016: Adam Kirk-Smith was first place in the Regents Park 10k, leading a good turnout of Heathsiders. We also had numbers at the Milton Keynes Marathon, the Last Friday 5k, YDL and Herne Hill Harriers Open, plus we have Dave's report from the Marathon des Sables.

London Marathon 2016: Webster breaks club record & women take Team Silver!

Heathsiders turned out in large numbers at the capital’s most prestigious running event once again, as a whopping 58 runners took to those famous streets - a remarkable 21 of whom completed in under 3 hours - and a whole host of others lined the route to cheer on their clubmates. Katy Webster and the leading ladies were the big story, taking home a Club record and silver medal, while Tom Aldred and Andy Barnes led the men home.
