Southern Athletics League #5, Colchester (Saturday 20 August)

PBs were obtained, club records were broken! The final SAL has taken place and the track and field season is almost over. Despite some heavy wind and rain, Heathside came in second place, 30 points ahead of the host club Colchester & Tendring, who had beaten us at the same match in 2015. Overall, Heathside finished 4th out of 16 in their Division (Divison 2 East) with 964.5 points.

The Happy Wanderers…

RACE REPORT 23.8.2016:

Heathsiders were, almost quite literally (?!), all over the place this weekend with many of you taking part in events and Parkruns in the Midlands, Gloucester, Norfolk, and “oop North” in Yorkshire, Lancashire, Scotland, and several bravely ignoring plunging exchange rates to travel overseas to Croatia, Estonia and Switzerland. Plus there was the SAL meet at Colchester.
