Hampstead Heath is the spiritual home of our club, hence our name. We meet at the Royal Free Hospital rec club on Wednesday evenings at 6.45pm for a 7pm run. Whilst we're at the Royal Free rec club, you'll need to bring 70p for an entrance fee and remember to take off muddy shoes!
On summer evenings we enjoy a scenic run about the heath. During winter months runs are generally about the roads near the Heath or off towards Regent's Park and Primrose Hill; there is usually a choice of a steady run or an intervals session.
After running there's usually a social drink in one of the local pubs.
