Finsbury Park provides the main track training venue for Heathside. The club meets there on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday, and club members can have discounted access to the gym at other times.

Athletes of all ages train at Finsbury Park. The junior sessions cater for all track & field interests and abilities. The senior sessions attract faster road-runners (45 minutes for 10k or quicker; Tuesdays only) and track & field athletes of all abilities throughout the summer; during the winter months the focus is on marathon preparation and track & field conditioning work.

Juniors:
Tuesday: 6:00pm-8:15pm (11 years and older)
Thursday: 5:00pm-6:00pm (7 years to 10 years, school term time only)
Thursday: 6:00pm-8:15pm (11 years and older)
Sunday: 10:30am-12:00pm (11 years to 17 years, *check with your coach before arriving)
