We currently compete in the following championship races.

• North of the Thames

• Middlesex
• South of England
• National

Numbers to score do vary from race to race but these events are always lively, colourful and well-attended. It's the perfect opportunity to race alongside some of the best athletes in the country and raise the profile of the club at the same time.

The women's team finished an excellent 11th in last year's English National Cross Country Championship thanks in no small part to a superb run from Jo King whilst the men's team were pleased with 21st place.
