London Heathside is a friendly community athletics club that warmly welcomes runners and athletes of all standards and ages. We always promote participation and excellence in road running, track and field athletics and cross country running. The club is run entirely by volunteers.

We are based in North London and train from a number of local venues and are the natural home for runners and track & field athletes in boroughs of:

• Haringey (including Crouch End, Finsbury Park, Highgate,
  Muswell Hill, Hornsey, Harringay and Tottenham)
• Camden (including Hampstead, Highgate, Kentish Town
  and Primrose Hill)
• Islington (including Highbury, Holloway and Tufnell Park)
• Hackney (particularly Stoke Newington, Dalston and Stamford Hill)
• We also have members in Enfield, Barnet and Brent.

Our members compete in cross-country races throughout the winter, track and field athletics in the spring and summer and road racing year round. Each year we have upwards of 40 members who train for and complete in the Virgin London Marathon and regularly appear within the top six clubs for this event.

We organise regular athletics, cross-country and road racing events and support other local events such as the YMCA Crouch End 10k. We enjoy many community and school links.

With over 400 members, including approximately 100 young athletes,
you will always find someone at your level to train with. The club also has
a lively social scene!

History
The club was formed in 2000 from the merger of North London AC and Muswell Hill Runners.
